Had a lovely relaxing pilates class at Nadi's Yoga Studio. She kindly gave the class in English and did a really nice routine to mobilise and stretch our entire body. It felt great after all the Christmas excesses! Definitely recommend and will go back the next time I'm in Ansião :)
